Submitting a quote request or contact form does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after Timeless Limousine LLC accepts the request and provides written confirmation.
2. Eligibility and Authority to Book
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a reservation.
When you make a reservation for another passenger, company, family member, guest, or group, you represent that:

- Cleaning

Where reasonably possible, we will explain additional charges before they are incurred. Charges caused by passenger delays, changed instructions, inaccurate booking information, or unexpected service requirements may be added after the service.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize our payment processor or us to charge the applicable amount.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Timeless Limousine LLC does not necessarily store complete payment-card information on its own systems.
6. Deposits and Payment Authorization

8. Flight Delays and Schedule Changes
We may use flight information provided by you or available through third-party flight-tracking services.
You remain responsible for notifying us about:

- Missed connections
- Changes to the traveling passenger
We will make reasonable efforts to adjust airport service when a flight is delayed. However, schedule changes remain subject to driver, representative, vehicle, airport, and staffing availability.
Additional waiting-time or rescheduling charges may apply.
9. Pickup Instructions and Passenger Availability
Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time and follow the meeting instructions provided by Timeless Limousine LLC.
For airport services, the passenger should keep a working mobile phone available after landing whenever possible.
We are not responsible for a missed connection when the passenger:
- Goes to an incorrect meeting location.
- Does not follow the provided instructions.
- Cannot be reached using the contact information supplied.
- Leaves the airport or pickup area without contacting us.
- Fails to appear within the applicable waiting period.
- Provides incorrect flight or contact information.
After the applicable waiting period, the reservation may be treated as a no-show. The full reservation amount or a stated no-show charge may apply.
10. Waiting Time
Any complimentary waiting period will be stated in the reservation confirmation or applicable service policy.
Waiting time beyond the included period may result in additional charges. Waiting time may begin at the scheduled pickup time or another time stated in the confirmation.
Airport waiting-time calculations may depend on whether the service is based on the scheduled arrival time, actual arrival time, gate arrival, customs clearance, or another agreed event.
11. No-Shows
A reservation may be classified as a no-show when a passenger does not appear at the confirmed pickup location within the applicable waiting period and cannot be reached after reasonable attempts.
No-show reservations may be nonrefundable. Additional fees may apply if the service must be rescheduled.
If you cannot locate your driver or representative, contact Timeless Limousine LLC before leaving the pickup area or arranging alternative transportation.
12. Luggage and Personal Property
You must tell us in advance about oversized luggage, unusually large quantities of luggage, wheelchairs, mobility devices, sports equipment, musical instruments, or other items that may require additional space.
We may refuse items that cannot be transported safely or legally.
Passengers are responsible for checking that all belongings have been removed from the vehicle and collected from the meeting location.
Timeless Limousine LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded. If an item is found, we may make reasonable efforts to return it. Delivery, shipping, storage, or handling charges may apply.
Do not leave passports, identification, cash, jewelry, medication, electronics, or other valuable items unattended.
13. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave safely, lawfully, and respectfully toward drivers, representatives, airport personnel, vendors, and other passengers.
The following conduct is prohibited:

- Illegal drug use or possession
- Smoking or vaping where prohibited
- Damage to a vehicle or other property
- Interference with the driver
- Unsafe behavior

We may refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to protect passengers, employees, contractors, vendors, property, or the public.

VIP airport assistance does not include medical care, personal nursing, physical lifting that cannot be safely performed, legal or immigration advice, or any service restricted to authorized airport, airline, security, customs, or government personnel.
17. Airport, Security, Customs, and Airline Procedures
Timeless Limousine LLC does not control airports, airlines, security checkpoints, immigration authorities, customs authorities, baggage systems, road closures, or government agencies.
Passengers remain responsible for:
- Arriving with sufficient time for check-in and security
- Carrying valid identification and travel documents
- Complying with airline and airport rules
- Meeting immigration and customs requirements

VIP assistance cannot guarantee priority processing, expedited security, entry into a country, boarding permission, flight departure, baggage delivery, or an exemption from airport rules.

Mobile Number Accuracy
